Greg Hales

For over 20 years Greg has worked with local governments to create more resilient cities. Much of his work deals with water and land management interaction with green spaces. Through creative strategies to alter micro-environments, he's proud to be influencing local water cycles, climates and biodiversity.

Greg is eager to formally link open space management into planning documents through subjective indicators of community perceptions and wellbeing. He knows green spaces are integral to Australia’s sustainable development by slowing climate change, ensuring food security, improving water management and building livable, equitable communities.
